Our Inspector will inspect a property’s roof and drainage system and report on
material defects in the home inspection report related to all of the following:
(1) Roofing materials;
(2) Roof drainage system;
(3) Flashing;
(4) Skylights, chimneys or any roof penetrations; and
(5) The method the licensee used to inspect the roof.
