Our Inspector will inspect insulation and ventilation and report the findings related to all of the following:
(1) Insulation and vapor retarders in unfinished spaces or the absence of insulation and vapor retarders in unfinished spaces at conditioned surfaces;
(2) Ventilation of attics and foundation areas;
(3) Exhaust systems found in the property, including but not limited to exhaust
systems in the kitchen, bathroom or laundry room;
(4) Clothes dryer exhaust systems
